Terms of Service
The following represents part of our service agreement. This may not be the full list of items to which both parties must agree. Scope of Work:
Bio Rescue shall: - Remove and properly dispose of pathological, biological and/or infectious wastes and materials soiled with said wastes.
- Clean and disinfect any nonporous materials soiled with pathological, biological and/or infectious wastes, which the Client desires not to have removed for disposal.
- Treat fabrics and/or porous materials soiled with pathological, biological and/or infectious wastes, which the Client does not desire to have removed. This treatment may not result in disinfection of complete stain removal.
- Use only disinfectant fluids which are registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
Bio Rescue shall NOT: - Guarantee disinfection of any porous material soiled with pathological, biological and/or infectious wastes which the Client desires not to have removed for proper disposal.
